1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Tykeoons curriculum resources and associated platform ("Tykeoons") provided by Tykeoons Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16213339 with a registered office at 35 Milton Avenue, Highgate, London, N6 5QF ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to or using Tykeoons, you ("the school", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Subscription Types and Access Rights

Tykeoons offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to Module 1 for 12 months. Access will end after 12 months unless upgraded to a paid plan.
• Paid Tiers:
• Individual Educator (e.g. homeschooling parent or tutor): 1 user
• Small School (up to 149 pupils): up to 6 users
• Medium School (150–299 pupils): up to 10 users
• Large School (300+ pupils): up to 20 users

Schools are responsible for managing their nominated user accounts within these limits.

3. Subscription Term, Renewal and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed annually and will auto-renew unless cancelled at the end of the subscription term. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or by invoice. Invoiced payments must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.

Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

4. Referral Programme

Paid subscribers can refer other schools. If a referred school signs up to a paid subscription and names the referring school, the referrer will receive a 5% discount on its next renewal. A maximum of four referral discounts (up to 20%) may be applied per subscription cycle.

Referred schools will receive 5% off their first year’s subscription.

Referral discounts must be used within 12 months of issue. Referrals are tracked by cross-referencing the referring staff member's name with that provided by the referred school.

5. Usage, Intellectual Property and Restrictions

All Tykeoons resources, including but not limited to slides, worksheets, images, and illustrations, are the intellectual property of Tykeoons Ltd. Schools and educators are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the resources solely within their subscribing institution.

Users may not:

• Share, distribute, copy or modify any Tykeoons resources outside the subscribing organisation.
• Share login details with anyone outside their authorised user group.
• Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5a. Acceptable Use

All users are expected to use the Tykeoons platform and resources in a manner consistent with their professional responsibilities and the terms set out in this agreement. Any attempt to circumvent the platform’s security, distribute materials outside the licensed organisation, or use the platform for unauthorised purposes will result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Use of School Names and Logos

By subscribing (either to a free or paid plan), you grant Tykeoons Ltd the right to:



• Display your school’s name and logo on our website and promotional materials
• Request a testimonial or Trustpilot review from your staff
• Request constructive feedback for programme improvement

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Tykeoons does not collect or store any pupil data. Only staff accounts are created based on the information provided by the subscribing school.

All data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. For more detail, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any cancellation part-way through a subscription term.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if these Terms are breached.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated to all account holders and published on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
